Lake Travis High School Men's Basketball is recognized as a premier basketball program in the Austin area and the State of Texas with an appearance at the State Semi Finals in 2010 and numerous District, Area and Regional wins over the years.  Lake Travis Basketball is home of the 2022, 2021, 2019, 2017, 2016, & 2015 Bi-District & Area Champions for District 14-6A and in 2018 the CAVS were the Region 4 Semi Final Champions.
